Ingman Marine is looking for a Forklift Operator to join the team at our Port Charlotte location. This individual will be responsible for moving boats using a marine forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Use a forklift to move boats on and off of various trailers
• Carefully transport boats to designated storage areas
• Move boat in/out of multi-level dry storage racks
• Fueling and maintaining forklift & equipment
• Demonstrate a high regard for safety
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Assist dockhands as needed
• Work well in a team setting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience moving boats on and off of various trailers
• Previous experience with a marine forklift
• Warehouse experience loading and unloading semi-trucks
• Ability to handle a physical workload

This is a full time on-premises position. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.

Ingman Marine is seeking a Marine Service Technician to join the team at our Port Charlotte location. This individual will maintain and repair the best boats and engines in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine engine maintenance up to Yamaha standards
• Troubleshoot and repair defective Yamaha engines
• Troubleshoot and repair miscellaneous boat systems, including electrical
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Operate forklift to move boats around on trailers preferred
• Pilot boats that come in by water to forklift drop
• Test repairs after completion
• Work well in a team setting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outboard service field preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with special tools and equipment
• Ability to handle a physical workload
