Keith Gant (KG) is a factory trained Master Technician, with certifications from the American Marine Institute (A.M.I.), Outboard Marine Corporation (O.M.C.) and the Yamaha Motor Corporation – USA. He has been rigging and diagnosing outboard engines for over 22 years, working hard before becoming ‘The Repower Specialist’. Continuous training and factory schooling keeps his knowledge base current. KG is great with keeping up with all the current advancements and improvements. What does 'Five Star Certification' Mean?
The Five Star Certification is achieved by Yamaha dealers actively involved in training courses with Yamaha. This training includes a combination of technical course work for technicians, service management courses for service managers, and business management for dealer principals or store managers. This certification is given out to the Yamaha dealers who sell Yamaha marine products exclusively and demonstrate the highest level of commitment to training.
