Yes, Sea Hunt boats are foam filled. On every Sea Hunt model, the compartments around the fiberglass stringer grid are filled with closed-cell urethane foam. That foam adds flotation and also deadens sound for a quieter ride. Combined with Sea Hunt's all-fiberglass stringer system and composite transom, the foam helps make the boats feel solid and safe on the water. Keep in mind that foam flotation adds buoyancy, but like most boats over 20 feet, a Sea Hunt is not required to have full Coast Guard level flotation, so it should not be thought of as truly unsinkable.
