The Grady-White SeaV2 hull is the signature hull shape found on every Grady-White boat. The name SeaV2 refers to the way the bottom of the boat keeps getting sharper from the back to the front, instead of staying at one fixed angle. At the transom, the deadrise is around 20 degrees, and it sharpens to about 30 degrees toward the bow. This shape lets a Grady-White slice through rough water for a soft, dry ride while staying stable when you stop to fish. Grady-White developed the SeaV2 hull in the late 1980s with famed boat designer C. Raymond Hunt, and it has been the brand's calling card ever since.
