A well-cared-for Grady-White hull can easily last 30 years or more. Grady-White hulls are hand-laid with thick fiberglass and built to take a beating offshore, which is a big reason so many 1980s and 1990s Grady-White boats are still on the water today. Models built after 2015 use all-fiberglass stringers and transoms, so there is even less to worry about with rot over time. How long your Grady-White lasts comes down to care: rinse it after saltwater trips, keep up with service, and store it out of the weather when you can. Do that, and a Grady-White can serve more than one generation of owners.
