Grady-White boats are made by Grady-White Boats, Inc., based in Greenville, North Carolina. The company was founded in 1959 by Glenn Grady and Don White, whose last names became the brand. Grady-White is privately owned by the Smith family and is not part of any larger boat conglomerate, which the company sees as a key part of its identity. Today Grady-White builds more than two dozen fiberglass fishing and family models, all powered by Yamaha outboards. It is one of the most awarded brands in the marine industry for customer satisfaction.
